I stopped into RM Auto Care after receiving their flyer in the mail and I’m so glad I did. I needed an oil change and a second opinion on a brake replacement I’d done myself. I’m competent when it comes to minor repairs but I’m no professional and I needed help troubleshooting some noises I was hearing. The moment I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile and an attentive ear. Mike and his team took such great care to listen to my concerns and explain what they discovered. They even stayed a few minutes late on a Friday evening to make sure I’d have my car back for the weekend. I hope not to need to bring it back in to them but my Honda has 190k miles on it and I probably will, haha. Is it weird to say I look forward to seeing them again? A kind, courteous, & professional crew. Need help with your car? Don’t hesitate to give RM Auto a visit!

I've been going there for years. Now this new management is nice as the older management. If you want auto repaired at a fair price come on down.

Mike and his crew were refreshingly honest and extremely helpful with my, several, car problems. I highly recommend them and will be using them whenever I have car trouble moving forward.

I am not very trusting when it comes to repair shops but let me say these guys have my respect. Every thing is very smooth and easy going with them and the communication is amazing. Mike kept me up to date on any and everything with my car and addressed each concern I had without throwing me into a loop of “things to be fixed.” Their vehicle service & customer service is remarkable and I will definitely come again if needed.

Mike and the team are awesome! I had to get my car towed after it broke down before the holiday weekend. I heard back about a diagnosis and possible solutions for my car within two business days and had it back by the third. Mike made sure to keep me updated and to only charge me for repairs I actually needed. I can’t wait to work with them again in the future!

Went in for the first time for an oil change and they were all so kind and helpful. The place I used to go to has changed hands is feels very corporate. This has a more of a “family” feel to it, which I would rather support. Will definitely be back for all of my mechanical needs!

I cannot recommend them enough! I was in a crisis of sorts after my car overheated and died. Mike was extremely kind, professional, and went out of his way to do anything he could do to help me bring resolution to my situation and save me money! He introduced himself saying that he wanted to earn my trust, which I thought might've been something one would say when trying to take advantage of another, but Mike proved my suspicions wrong- he was completely earnest in saying that! They do their best to satisfy the needs of their customers in a timely and cost-effective manner. If you are having problems with your car go and see them, ask for Mike and he/they will treat you with respect and care!

Very good service and alot of experience in what they do for automotive care. The people who work there make you feel like family, very kind and understanding, and they love to help. That is their passion, I can tell by the experience. I recommend this place 100 %. Mike and Jimmy are awesome.

The best mechanic shop i’ve ever been to. Mike is an amazing person as well as an excellent worker. Brought my car in for a drive shaft repair as well as a replacement main switch. Mike constantly communicated with me and made sure I was happy with the work that was done. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

Wow! I’m rarely ever impressed enough with an experience to actually review a place, but having a car serviced also isn’t usually synonymous with impressive customer experiences either. However, that was the case for me here! From my call scheduling to my actual appointment today, which I just completed; Everyone here treated me like I had just checked in to a 5 star resort or something. (Not what you expect when you’re going to get your oil changed!). Mike greeted me right away with a fresh coffee which I thought he’d only jokingly asked me about when I made my appointment. My technician was friendly and explained how he had run thru a quick inspection on my whole car. My service was quick, the staff was beyond friendly and helpful, and possibly the most impressive detail of all was that for the very first time ever: I was told that my car DIDN’T need any additional, last minute, super pricey repairs that I wouldn’t be able to afford today!! They let me know it was in great shape. Pointed out a few things to keep my eye on for the next couple of months. They explained the services I just had done. I drank my made to order coffee and some polite conversation with Mike while I waited. Then they applied a great coupon and sent me on my way ( in less than an hour for once too!). Great team here at at R M Auto! I will be recommending them to everyone!!
